As an AFSIM Analyst… Your primary responsibilities will be developing models and performing analysis on sensor, tracker, communication, and weapon systems for mission-level simulations using AFSIM, with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making. You will perform statistical analysis to find trends, assess risk, and document uncertainties in simulation results. You will also collaborate with our software development team on improving our custom tools, including designing efficient data representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines. You will likely work with a small team including junior analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of projects. Job Description Overview Join our Marketing Analytics team as a Marketing Data Analyst Intern to bridge data, technology, and strategy. You'll collect, organize, and visualize data from key systems like HubSpot, MS Dynamics, and Power BI to uncover insights that inform marketing performance, customer engagement, and growth opportunities. What You'll Do Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and customer data across multiple platforms. Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI and HubSpot to track KPIs and campaign impact. Automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy and reporting workflows. Analyze campaign results, customer journeys, and lead performance to identify trends and opportunities. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for the marketing and leadership teams. What You'll Bring Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficiency with Power BI (or similar tools), Excel/Sheets, and basic data cleaning. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, MS Dynamics, or marketing analytics platforms. Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to connect data insights to business outcomes.
