Position Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of residential projects for both the residential and commercial divisions from start to finish. As a central communication point among internal teams, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, the Project Coordinator ensures all activities remain on schedule and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for residential projects for the residential and commercial divisions.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors to ensure all tasks and deliverables are properly scheduled and completed on time.
Schedule, organize, and support project-related meetings with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers, including tracking material deliveries and follow-up action items.

Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or roofing industry required.

Ability to read and interpret roofing documents, work orders, or material lists preferred.
