Lake Superior College history
Lake Superior College company history timeline
Lake Superior College was created when the Duluth Technical College and Duluth Community College Center (which was technically the Duluth campus of Hibbing Community College) merged in 1995.
The community college programs were relocated on to the former Technical School campus, when it was expanded in 1996.
Paul earned a Master of Liberal Studies Degree (1998), with an emphasis in European diplomacy, the causes of World War I, and the origins of the Cold War. It first offered distance learning courses in 1997.
Phil began teaching at Lake Superior College in 2002, after eleven years of part-time and full-time teaching appointments at various colleges within Minnesota.
Paul Richgruber began teaching at Lake Superior College Fall Semester 2008 after ten years of teaching at various colleges around the Twin Cities.
Duluth, Minnesota has earned the honor of being named the best 2014 outdoors town in America by Outside Magazine.
