The IT Director serves as a senior technology leader responsible for assisting in driving the firm's technology strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with the CIO, IT management team and personnel, other firm leadership, and administrative departments to ensure that technology solutions are secure, reliable, innovative, and aligned with the firm's business objectives. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within a large law firm or professional services organization. * Demonstrated success managing enterprise scale infrastructure, applications, and support operations. * Strong understanding of legal industry systems (e.g., iManage/NetDocuments, Intapp, Aderant, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure). * Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences. * Experience managing complex budgets, vendor relationships, and multi year technology programs. * Experience with cloud migrations, data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks. * Background in AI/ML adoption, workflow automation, or advanced analytics. * PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications strongly preferred. * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
