***One Time $8,500.00 Sign on Bonus*** Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM Under minimal supervision and following established procedures and methods, maintains inventory of complex, delicate endoscopic equipment and related component parts. Monitors and/or performs specialized cleaning and decontamination and inspects, assembles and prepares equipment for surgical cases. Performs and/or arranges maintenance and repair services and serves as a resource on equipment use and operation. Tracks and maintains inventory, reordering supplies, monitoring purchase and repair costs and assisting in selection and introduction of new supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures availability of sterile endoscopic equipment for surgeries, including retrieval, assembly, and specialized sterilization to meet surgical schedules.
Acts as a resource for operating endoscopic and audiovisual equipment; performs inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinates equipment readiness for procedures by providing substitutions and responding to technical assistance requests.
Manages ordering and restocking of endoscopic supplies based on par levels, including receiving, verifying, and distributing inventory.
Oversees proper storage and rotation of supplies, ensuring labeling and packaging meet standards.
Maintains detailed records of inventory, purchasing, equipment repairs, and expenses; reconciles budget variances and supports budget planning.
Processes billing invoices and payment requisitions while addressing related inquiries and vendor issues.
Contributes to evaluation and implementation of new equipment and supplies; serves on relevant committees or project teams.
Minimum Qualifications

Certified Registered Central ServiceTechnician (CRCST) OR Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) required
Required to obtain: Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) within one year of hire
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
The OHS Technician is responsible for administering respirator fit testing, audiometric testing, drug & Alcohol Testing, and pulmonary function testing. In addition, the OHS Technician is a vital part of the OHS program as a whole.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain a working knowledge of all testing equipment which includes but not limited to respirator fit machines, pulmonary function machine, audiometry machine, and breath alcohol machines.
Calibrate all equipment at the beginning of each day in accordance with manufacturer's requirements. Additional calibrations may be required at other times according to manufacturer's specifications.
Inspect and repair all equipment as necessary.
Conduct periodic surveys of equipment and stations so that all safety and hygiene hazards to customers and Technicians are identified and corrected.
Complete all the administrative steps applicable to the equipment so that all required information is verified and properly recorded.
Administer respirator fit tests in full compliance with CFR 1910.134 Respiratory Protection Standard.
Administer all drug and alcohol collections in full compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 standards.
Maintain and develop customer relationships by responding to questions, concerns, and requests from customers with speed and professionalism.
Thoroughly disinfect and inspect each respirator upon completion of each test
Insure all customer data and paperwork is kept confidential at all times
Keep up to date with relevant safety topics, software and lecture and online training technology
Up to date in NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) and CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) certifications
Up to date in all drug and alcohol testing certifications and courses
Strive to maintain personal drug testing procedures that are flawless - undergo mandated remediation within 30 days of error notification.
Respond to after-hour calls as needed

Essential Functions
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling Equipment (MHE) which includes belts, motors, relays, and more
Maintain positive working relationships across all the operations facility
Track and store department inventory
Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
Works full time with varying shifts, primary schedule may be between 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Occasional weekends as needed.

Must have ability to reach arms above head, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment
Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine
Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work including walking 6 to 12 miles per day
Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
Regularly required to type on a computer or stand-up desk and for 1-2 hours per day
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field
Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and safety standards
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions

This is an overnight position. The hours will be from 7 pm to 7 am on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Saturday hours are available, as well. Responsibilities include technical, procedural, and problem-solving aspects. Needs to be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions related to sleep disorders.
Gathers and analyzes patient information.
Performs preparation procedures.
Performs polysomnographic procedures.
Performs polysomnographic recording scoring.
Qualifications
Completing an accredited educational program leads to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.
Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a state-licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience.
Documented proficiency at all competencies required of a polysomnographic technologist or certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.

The Polysomnography Tech 2, under the direction of the Manager, coordinates the daily operations of the Sleep Laboratory. Within this framework, responsible for monitoring and accessing Sleep Lab quality, policies and procedures, staff and equipment performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Performs polysomnographic studies in a clinical setting, including oxygen and nasal continuous positive airway pressure titrations.
Scores studies and formulates reports for physician interpretation. Documents all pertinent patient events according to department policy.
Communicates instructions, results, and relative information to patients, physicians, and family members.
Calibrates and performs routine and troubleshooting maintenance on equipment, contacting manufacturers for repairs as needed. Notifies proper personnel for equipment problems. Cleans all equipment ensuring infection control.
Consults regularly with the Medical Director regarding patient studies.
Maintains standards for completeness of Continuous Quality Improvement and Quality Control measurements.
Orients and trains new Sleep Lab employees.
Establishes and implements performance improvements including education and staff development.
Communicates concerns and/or problems with possible solutions to the Department Manager or Director.
Maintains a current and complete Policy and Procedure Manual.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Advanced understanding of Polysomnographic Care modalities, therapies, equipment and medications.
Must be able to read, write and follow flow chart protocols as appropriate.
