The Role at a Glance As a Facilities Director, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure group results and will direct a team that provides facilities management services and support.
What you'll be doing
* Directing the facilities operations for repair & maintenance of all technical systems (electric, HVAC, Plumbing, life Safety, Access Control, Security,
* Backup Power, etc.).
* Identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions to create and maintain safe, functional, secure, clean, efficient, economical, and orderly facilities
* operations.
* Directing and/or participating in workplace space design planning.
* Directing and ensuring a thorough evaluation of corporate security and safety programs to comply with OSHA standards and city codes.
* Planning and directing construction projects and facilities services operations.
* Ensuring facilities are compliant with Federal, State and Local codes and regulations relevant to life safety, OSHA, EPA, & Fire safety. Also ensuring all Lincoln Financial Group policies and procedures are being followed.
* Developing and managing facility operational expense and capital budgets including recommending long-range plans for equipment and capital expenditures.
* Developing and implementing emergency evacuation plans for facilities.
* Developing metric reports pertaining to maintenance operations and goals.
* Providing training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
* Directing and evaluating individual/team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
* Establishing and implementing priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure group results.
* Directing and providing leadership to continually improve the capability and results.
* Ensuring that top talent is hired and retained.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.

What you'll do:
Identifies and handles existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
Adjusts non-attorney involved soft tissue bodily injury claims, as well as all auto physical damage associated with those claims.
Identifies, confirms, and makes coverage decisions on soft tissue claims.

What you have:

1 year of injury adjusting or auto liability adjusting experience to include highly complex vehicle physical damage, such as multi-vehicle, non-owned vehicles, or total loss claims.
Working knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract as well as application of case and state laws and regulations.
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees.
