At a young age, Gus started out his professional career in the supply chain as a general merchandiser working for Goya Foods, Gus has worked his way up from the bottom. Through determination, a hands-on work ethic he claimed the ranks until he earned the opportunity to lead the Pallet Consultants Corporation. Seeing a niche market ready for someone who would give customers what they really want, Gus seized the opportunity to purchase assets of Bromley Suncoast Pallets, now Pallet Consultants Corporate Office and South Florida Pallet Manufacturing Plant. He saw a need for prompt and dependable service in the pallet industry, and set the standards for what people expect from a pallet supplier and pallet management provider. Ever flexible to the changing needs of his business and his customers, Gus not only solves problems with his expertise in logistics and focus on customer service but with his belief in people. The culture he epitomizes is that of mutual respect, team work, and a willingness to help others. He believes in employee coaching and development to unlock everyone’s full potential.
