Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations while acting as a resource and technical expert to engineers. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement and as a subject matter expert when consulted to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
Directly fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact site operations
Perform engineering tasks as assigned by supervision applying engineering principles.
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.
Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
Recommends equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

* Track, record, and assist with scheduling van services and maintenance work.
* Process product returns in state's traceability software.
* Identify and correct any product issues before delivery.
* Print product labels and verify for accuracy and compliance.
* Sort and organize inventory and sales data for reporting.
* Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and left in the appropriate area for delivery transporters.
* Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.

Minimum Qualifications
* Previous experience, 1-3years in supply chain, warehouse, receiving, and/or inventory.
* Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
* Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
* Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.
* Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
* Must have effective time management and multitasking skills.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Ability to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
* Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
* Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in a regulated production facility (food, beverage, CPG, etc.) preferred.
* Pallet jack proficiency preferred.

Comfortable working atop and traversing scaffolding, when required. Comfortable with changing environment temperatures and humidity. Exposure to pollen, dust, dander, and other nature elements. What you'll do on a typical day:
Inventory Management
* Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, including racks & trays, networking equipment, and other hardware
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped
* Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Shipping and Receiving
* Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
* Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments
* Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
* Transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment (i.e. pallet jacks) in accordance with all safety procedures and protocol
Facility Maintenance
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks
* Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed
Compliance and Safety
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
* Compile with Data Center security measures and access controls
Support and Collaboration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data center operations, procurement, and technical support, to fulfill inventory and logistics needs
* Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by management
* Complete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety and efficiency
Assembly
* Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks according to provided instructions
* Help in the assembly of server racks by following diagrams and guidelines provided by senior team members
* Handle basic tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installation tasks.
* Support senior technicians in cable management and organization within the server racks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
* The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
* Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks
It'd be great if you also have:
* Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and safely in a team setting
