I am looking for pay $24-$26 an hour depending on experience.
It is a 1st shift schedule 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday with some overtime.
**Job Function:**
+ Responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and electronic plant/equipment maintenance so that production down time is minimized and efficiency is maximized.
+ Support, implement, and maintain food safety and quality practices as required through SQF and other food safety programs as required.
+ Will be responsible for completing job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, food safety, quality and environmental practices.
**Essential Job Activities/Duties:**
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems of all plant equipment including mechanical drive systems and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems of plant and packaging/processing equipment such as wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC & DC motor drives.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electronic problems of plant and packaging/processing equipment such as programmable controllers, circuit boards, install electronic components, computer programming.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment, check and replace items, and conduct equipment inspections.
**Secondary Job Activities:**
+ Provide maintenance and operator training to ensure proper use of equipment.
+ Design and fabricate replacement parts or equipment: Cut, grind, weld to repair equipment.
+ Keep track of parts inventory and request replacement parts when necessary.
+ Ensure parts are installed in equipment when received.
+ Keep all work and shop areas clean so as to avoid injury and/or sanitation problems.
+ Provide input into mechanical, electrical and electronic designs of equipment.
+ Perform other assigned duties as required.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. How you'll contribute
The Maintenance Worker assists in assigned activities of plant operation functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of the hospital in an operative and safe working condition. Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
1. The position is responsible for the assistance and maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Removes trash from all shop.
2. Operates floor scrubber.
3. Handles miscellaneous yard work.
4. Handles all removal of snow in the winter through the use of a snowplow and distribution of salt.
5. Handles miscellaneous janitorial work.
6. Performs various maintenance projects such as painting, lighting, and other various tasks.
7. Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Some High School Education acceptable.

Job Description
This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 30085) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.
The 25h Evaporator Mechanical Maintenance Specialist as a Professional Grade position.
25H Evaporator Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Integration Management Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
Provide primary support and mentor Maintenance First Line Managers in the repair and/or replacement of the 25H Evaporator. Responsibilities of the 25H Evaporator Mechanical Maintenance Specialist include, but are not limited to;
1. Serve as lead and primary point of contact for all maintenance issues related to the 25H evaporator.
2. Attend meetings, review mechanical drawings, work instructions, lockout/tag outs and any other documentation associated with 25H.
3. Ensure 25H schedules are logically correct and include the applicable reviews, approvals, Pre-Job Briefings, lockout/tag outs, LCOs and Post Maintenance Tests (PMTs).
4. Direct field activities specific to the repair and replacement of the 25H Evaporator.
5. Interface with Engineering, RCO and other support groups in support of evaporator activities.
6. Direct field activities specific to the repair and replacement of the 25H Evaporator Pot and other activities as assigned by the hiring manager.
7. Mentor Maintenance First Line Managers on activities related to the 25H evaporator.
8. Ensure procedures and other existing documentation are revised to reflect evaporator repair activities.

Qualifications
The 25H Evaporator Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

A Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Certificate (MM51) would be ideal. The MM51 Certification provides knowledge and skills to install, configure, calibrate, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical instruments and equipment. Emphasis is placed on principles and practices of instrumentation for industrial process control systems and for communications, networking, and signal transmission systems. Many maintenance and repair workers learn some basic skills in high school shop or technical education classes, postsecondary trade or vocational schools, or community colleges. Courses in mechanical drawing, electricity, woodworking, blueprint reading, mathematics, and computers are useful. o Extensive experience in supervising 25H work activities.
o Practical knowledge of SRR practices relative to worker safety, radiological practices and administrative and work control procedures.
o Experience in the development, review and issuance of 25H work control packages using technical reference documents and ensure all 25H work is task ready.
o Ability to read and interpret 25H mechanical drawings.
o Experience in the development of schedules and manpower planning to aid in 25H activities.
o Experience in managing 25H maintenance resources to ensure work scope is completed and schedules met.
o Interpersonal skills as to establish and cultivate positive working relationships with both, external and internal personnel as it relates to 25H activities.
o Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of DOE, SRR and SRS operating policies, rules and regulations and the ability to apply them to 25H repair/replacement activities.
o The ability to disseminate information and provide mentoring to First Line Managers and mechanics on 25H activities. A 40 hour week is scheduled. SRR utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; 4 days per week) and 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each workday has an unpaid 30-minute lunch. Standard Facilities Access required and a security clearance may be required for this position

Working Conditions: Works in shop and outside in all kinds of weather. When working in shop, is subject to presence of sawdust, to cuts from hand or powered tools and danger from flying splinters and chips. Works on scaffolding and high ladders or rooftops when nailing and installing completed items. On an intermittent basis, the incumbent may be required to report for duty during the night or on weekends to perform snow or ice removal duties as a member of the DSCC snow removal crew. Duties require hand shoveling of snow form walks and steps, operation of: walking and riding type snow blowers, tractor with bucket, and tractor with snow blade attachment, front end loader, or 5 ton dump truck with snow blade and salt spreader attachments. In anticipation of these duties, employee may be required to attend classes and be certified in the operation of the above vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications
