What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform maintenance efficiently and safely. Reference service manuals, parts catalogs, and diagnostic tools. Maintain accurate service records, logs, and timesheets. Mentor junior technicians as needed. Use and maintain your own hand tools. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with small-engine or construction equipment repair. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
