Responsibilities:
The Sr Fleet Technician's primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment
Oversee Fleet Technicians and provide direction as assigned by Lead Technician
Help schedule and support all work within the shop
Coordinate training
Manage costs according to budget and daily completion of repairs
Ensure DOT compliance
Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks
Receive and process invoices for payment
Maintain parts inventory and budget
Parts and Inventory control
Maintain shop housekeeping standards and prepare end of month reporting and/or any other administrative requirements

Troubleshooting - Respiratory
Diagnose, repair, and/or modify equipment as needed in order to assure proper functioning of respiratory equipment. This may be done in the shop or in the field.

Inspect incoming rentals for hours used, maintenance needed and repairs required. Inspect and process returns per company and infection control guidelines.
Design and implement test procedures for outgoing and incoming equipment and, as needed, calibrate O2 testing equipment.
Follow established maintenance schedule for each piece of rental equipment per specific equipment procedure requirements (concentrators, cylinders) and per manufacturer's recommendations. Maintain equipment in good working order and appearance and verify equipment is working properly.
Monitor and report abnormal wear and tear to equipment that may be caused by customer misuse or abuse.
Replace disposables as needed.
When complex repairs are needed, ensure repairs are scheduled and completed.
Perform a thorough check on wheelchairs, beds, etc., in house and in the field and verify equipment is working properly.
Provide complete thorough documentation on all equipment purchased or rental.
Cleaning and Sterilizing - All Medical Equipment
Clean and sterilize equipment and make sure equipment ready for repair and maintenance
Equipment is to be logged in the system as cleaned and if repaired.
A written log of serial numbers is also documented of cleaned equipment for verification purposes

The Maintenance Supervisor will be accountable for keeping the production output optimized and maintaining seamless functioning of all equipment and machinery. Must have effective administration skills as well as organizational capabilities and leading a team of maintenance technicians for conducting maintenance activities. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to improve skills and knowledge of mechanical principals and translate those skills and knowledge to improve production outputs. Must be self-driven with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Will be effective at collaborating with associates and leaders at all levels and must have excellent influencing skills.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Maintenace Manager.
Must ensure the production of a safe, high quality product.
Fill in for Maintenance/Engineering Manager in his absence.
Responsible for communication with Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians and Production Department on repairs, scheduling of down time and acquiring Production Department input.
Assists mechanics at any given time to assure all daily tasks are carried out.
Assists mechanics in their reporting duties such as log entry data follow up to ensure that the mechanics has logged problems, repairs and parts usage.
Responsible for basic office duties such as parts ordering, work scheduling, payroll accounting, PM scheduling and receiving records.
Responsible for the set up and operation of the PM program, updating of the program and adjustments to the schedule.
Touring of the plant to view the condition of the equipment and assigning of any repairs needed.
View maintenance logs and follow up with any open issues from previous shifts.
Look over work orders from previous shifts and follow up to see that the work was completed.
Schedule workloads for the shifts including scheduled repairs and PM's.
Reports daily to the Maintenance Manager on the activities of the Maintenance crew and equipment status.
Will be training side by side with Maintenance/Engineering Manager to be replacement in 3-5 years.
Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Must possess a High School or equivalent education?
Five (5) years mechanical experience or equivalent training

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to join our client's team. This individual will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical and minor electrical or instrumentation issues. The role involves fabricating, installing, adjusting, repairing, and replacing parts, as well as dismantling and rebuilding equipment and instruments in accordance with schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance equipment, including arc and TIG welders, acetylene torch, lathe, pipe threader, drill press, and various power and hand tools.
Safely utilize and inspect forklifts, scissor lifts, drum handlers, and pallet jacks.
Inspect, identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
