Attends and assists in setting up for resident functions and activities. May assist in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies. Maintains Company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition. Drives motorized vehicle on or off property for Company business as needed. Moves heavy objects as requested. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager on special maintenance projects, i.e., preventative maintenance of building components and/or mechanicals. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in the hotel and restaurant. This role ensures the proper functioning of all systems, maintains a safe environment, and helps achieve budget goals. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures, including electrical systems and plumbing. Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on Life Safety Systems and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Maintain and repair hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, etc.).
