Observing established daily cleaning routines as well as working on room turns as assigned. Good knowledge of floor care equipment, hand tools, plumbing tools, drywall and painting tools. Willing to do whatever it takes to maintain a safe, healing environment for residents. Willing to follow all safety rules.
