Todd Stottlemyer has served on the LMI board since 2015. He has wide-ranging corporate leadership experience in IT management, transformation and innovation, biomedical engineering, international business, legal administration and compliance, and acquisition integration. Mr. Stottlemyer is CEO and board member of CNSI, a health IT firm based in Rockville, Maryland. He previously served as CEO of the Inova Health System's Center for Personalized Health. Prior executive roles include CEO of IT companies Apogen Technologies, of which he is a co-founder, and Acentia; president and CEO of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the nation’s largest business association; executive vice president at Inova Health System; and president of McGuireWoods Consulting. Mr. Stottlemyer has received numerous honors for business and community leadership, including recognition as one of the 100 most influential leaders in the Washington, DC, region by the Washington Business Journal; and as one of the 50 most influential Virginians by Virginia Business magazine. He is a former board chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. He received his bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.

He earned a diploma for his graduate research in computer science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, in 1978. He received an M.S. in operations research, St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India, in 1977.

Caroline Tsay has been a director of The Coca-Cola Company since April 2018. Tsay is CEO of Compute Software Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based enterprise cloud infrastructure software company that is revolutionizing how businesses run in the cloud. Tsay previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (HPE). Prior to HPE, Tsay held six years of product leadership roles across the consumer search, e-commerce and advertising businesses at Yahoo Inc. Prior to joining Yahoo in 2007, she spent three years at IBM Global Services as a senior consultant in supply chain and customer relationship management. Tsay serves as a director for Morningstar Inc. She has been recognized on The National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. She earned a B.S. in computer science and an M.S. in management science and engineering, both from Stanford University. Ms. Tsay previously served as a director of Rosetta Stone Inc. from 2014 to July 2018 and Travelzoo Inc. from 2015 to May 2017.
