Cons of working at Management Resources Development

Management Resources Development benefits

I'm off at 5 to be with my family. I'm a retired barber, so this is very important to me.

What do you like best about Management Resources Development's CEO and the leadership team?

I don't. They approach friendly, then turn their back and throw that person under the bus. No one takes responsibility in this company.

How would you improve Management Resources Development's culture?

Treat your loyal employees better !!! Consider a pay that can sustain today's economy. You raised your bottom line, but left me where I've been for 5 years.

How did you prepare for the Management Resources Development interview?

With my experience! This isn't my first rodeo . Unfortunately, your management team that hired me was fired. Havnt had a full time management team in months !!! I've seen MANY come and go. Leads me to think management is your problem.

How does your compensation at Management Resources Development compare to the industry average?

I'm paid below poverty level, how's that for reference. 5 years and all you pay is 13.50. 😔 That 3$ I EARNED working your property alone for over6 months. Never a thank you here.

What's the diversity at Management Resources Development like?

Sad.

What brings you the most joy at Management Resources Development?

No weekends and I'm home with family for dinner. There are no other perks.
