Conduct GEOINT analysis on national security issues using imagery, geospatial data, and multi-INT sources to identify trends, events, and relationships.
Integrate and coordinate intelligence across agencies, mission partners, and regional/functional offices to support policy makers, the IC, DoD, NGA, ASG, and allied organizations.
Research and apply structured observation management (SOM) and activity-based intelligence (ABI) techniques to enhance mission-specific analysis.
Produce accurate, timely, and relevant GEOINT products, including reports, database remarks, baseline descriptions, graphics, maps, infographics, and briefings.
Extract, acquire, and manage geospatial information (e.g., shapefiles, geo-databases) for visualization, modeling, and intelligence analysis.
Communicate findings effectively in written, visual, and oral formats tailored to mission requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with commercial and NTM imagery sources, search missions with softcopy tools, IEC exploitation workstations, and military infrastructure/order of battle analysis.
Experience conducting historical imagery research.
Experience and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, database entry, and graphic design principles.
Desired Qualifications
Regional expertise to AOR, expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, or image processing.
Strong knowledge of the intelligence collection process to include NGA's relationships with other IC Agencies.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $150,800 - $265,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

**MANTECH seeks** a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Carrier Inactivation Planning Program Analyst** to join our team working in **Newport News, VA** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Support the SUPSHIPNN inactivation (INACT) project team in updating the INACT Availability Work Package (AWP) and generating electronic updates on a periodic basis.
+ Support to process and review shipbuilder Contract data requirements lists (CDRLs).
+ Attend meetings required to accomplish task objectives. These meetings will include periodic advance planning meetings, AWP reviews, progress reviews, and other special meetings related to the INACT.
+ Administer the Field Modification Request (FMR) tracker for updates made to the AWP, designating which FMRs are from Design Liaison Requests (DLAR), Government Furnished Information (GFI) updates, and other normal growth work items.
+ Assist in developing databases to incorporate historical cost information and planning products.
+ Assist in the development and submission of Technical Advisory Reports (TAR) ISO Advanced Planning and Execution NNS proposals.
+ Travel up to 10%
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent education
+ 5+ years of relevant experience with aircraft carrier maintenance and operations or shipbuilding/ship repair business analysis
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Project/Program Management experience
+ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
**Clearance Requirements:**
