Key Responsibilities: -
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for complex, US-based merchant partners, ensuring seamless integration into the Client Shopping ecosystems.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to configure tracking, validate technical integrations, and ensure all merchant requirements are met prior to launch.
Aggregate and upload assets (logos, copy) into in-house content management systems, confirming appropriate display across mobile and web applications.
Onboarding Complex Advertisers
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing for new integrations, including tracking verification and user experience flows.
Account Optimization
Manage the execution of performance placement packages for existing advertisers to increase visibility and transaction volume.
Review existing merchant setups to identify anomalies or outdated content, making real-time updates to maintain a high-quality user experience.
Work with the Sales team to execute seasonal changes or specific promotional campaigns.
Operational Excellence
Exercise good judgment when troubleshooting integration issues, knowing when to resolve independently and when to escalate to Product or Engineering.
Participate in stand-up ceremonies to align on team priorities.
Success in this role will be measured by:
Complex Advertisers Onboarded: Timely and error-free launch of new US-based partners.
Optimizations: Number of performance packages and improvements executed for existing advertisers.

Support Project Manager to set up WBS and create Time bill tasks in Q360 ERP System.

Assist Project Manager on Change Order process including tracking changes, Pricing out Change Orders, organizing and producing client facing Change Orders, and Change Order procurement.

Responsible for providing regular reports to Project Team such as Lead Time report, ETA report, Back Order report, RMA report, etc.
Acting as a process owner facilitates the overall project RMA process.
Team up with Project Manager and Finance Manager to understand and monitor project budgets in ERP system.
Request project billing and create back up documentation.

Project Close-Out and Warranty Support: 15%
Support Project Manager on Project Close Out process including compiling submittals, generating net equipment list, generating Serial Number list, collecting equipment data sheet and manuals, and collecting manufacture warranty info, etc.
Assist Finance Manager and Project Manager on project financial close out in Q360 system.
Set up 1 year workmanship warranty contract in Q360.
Set up and maintain service calls and handle warranty RMAs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheet Skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
Experience working with Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willing to travel and work on-site as necessary (less than 5%).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with Q360.
Experience in any of the following industries: AV systems integration, construction, or accounting.

Job Description
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for project clerical and financial activities in support of ADAMS project staff and administrative functions. The position provides complete professional administrative assistance to specific project teams and to staff as assigned.
Review all work products for compliance with ADAMS Standards
Editing and proofing documents for proper grammar, punctuation and clarity
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
Complete project financial reconciles, drafts correspondence, assists with other project deliverables and organizes and maintains project files
Manage the timely and accurate completion of special projects and regularly scheduled assignments in an efficient and self-directed manner
The PC must demonstrate an understanding of ADAMS Core Values and contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with construction or administration
High school graduate or equivalency required
Experience in the construction field is a plus, though not required
A Bachelor's Degree is desired, but equivalent career experience will be considered in lieu of higher education
Proficient verbal and written communication skills are required
Minimum position requirements include one to two years of clerical experience in an office environment
Proficiency in electronic mail, telephone communication and Microsoft Office software products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of standard business procedures and office equipment is required
Familiarity with project management processes is desired
Familiarity with healthcare planning, real estate and legal terminology, processes, operations and techniques
Additional Information
The salary range for this role will be $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
