Position Objective
The Reliability Engineer is a key driver of MCC's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy-responsible for building equipment reliability and asset care systems that enable world-class manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leadership
Serve as a TPM subject matter expert, driving implementation of MCC's TPM pillars (Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, and Skills Development).
Partner with plant leadership to design and execute site-specific TPM deployment roadmaps and maturity assessments.
Lead cross-functional kaizen events to identify equipment losses, eliminate chronic issues, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Coach maintenance and operations teams in root cause analysis, condition-based monitoring, and daily equipment care standards.
Champion Autonomous Maintenance by training operators in basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication activities to increase equipment ownership and engagement.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and OEE.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Ensure all equipment meets MCC safety, quality, and operational standards.
Lead the development and execution of robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Audit and improve AssetEssentials (or other CMMS) data accuracy, utilization, and reporting to enable effective decision-making.
Analyze failure modes, equipment histories, and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Mentor and coach Maintenance teams to build a proactive, data-driven reliability mindset.
Training & Capability Building

Collaborate with Corporate Standards Committees to align training content with global TPM deployment and corporate best practices.
Communicate training plans and progress to site leadership, ensuring accountability and alignment to TPM goals.
Travel
Travel may be required up to 75%, including daily, overnight, or extended stays based on business needs (e.g., 10 days on / 4 days off). Travel frequency will be determined by the supervisor based on TPM, preventive maintenance, and training priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Maintenance Management, Facility Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years of reliability, maintenance, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar reliability-centered maintenance systems.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturingengineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field (Equivalent experience may be considered)
5+ Years of experience in laser processing, CNC machinery, or precision metal fabrication
Hands-on experience with fiber laser products highly preferred
Knowledge of motion controls systems, optics, and materials sciences is a plus
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
Travel requirement is 25%

We are looking for a Traffic Design Engineer to join our Transportation Planning and Design Group in either our Woodridge, IL or Indianapolis, IN offices. This position will provide traffic design engineering and consulting services on a variety of traffic/transportation projects. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
General responsibilities
Participate in interdisciplinary teams with technical responsibilities in the areas of traffic signal design, roadway geometry development, multimodal assessment, pavement marking and signing design, traffic data collection, traffic operations analysis, and traffic safety analysis.
Prepare project deliverables including plans, specifications, and estimates as well as traffic impact analyses (TIAs), technical memoranda, reports, and presentations.
Lead and coordinate design activities between staff, clients, and subconsultants.
Support project managers to ensure that projects meet established schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Train and mentor junior design staff, coop students, and interns.
Work closely with other V3 service lines on multi-discipline projects.
Assist in the preparation of proposals for new project pursuits.
Handle client relations as needed.
Attend industry networking events on behalf of V3.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be a degreed Civil Engineer.
7+ years of design experience delivering traffic/transportation projects for clients such as municipalities, counties, transportation agencies, and developers.
Microstation/OpenRoads Designer proficiency.
Experience with ADA/PROWAG requirements and bicycle and pedestrian facility design preferred.
Roundabout planning and design experience a plus.
Familiarity with HCS, Synchro, and SIDRA.
Knowledge of traffic engineering principals in the HCM, MUTCD, HSM, ITE and AASHTO manuals.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to direct and supervise staff engineers.
Illinois and/or Indiana PE license required.
PTOE certification a plus, but not required.
