Monitors coordination/approval process for converting work requests into contract projects to include validating proper work classification during programming, design, and construction to ensure statutory project approval is obtained from the correct approval authority. Implements metrics and analyzes systems/processes to ensure actions are efficient, timely, and reviewed at critical points. Develop, plan, and ensure customer proponents justify capital improvement projects for USAFA facilities.
