Tessera is seeking a new Aerospace ManufacturingTechnician join our manufacturing team in Auburn, Washington. The Aerospace ManufacturingTechnician will perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production, quality parts, and a safe work environment. This position involves operating various machinery, deburring parts, performing assembly work, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The selected individual will be cross-trained to collaborate across departments and assist with related functions when necessary.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Operate various equipment, which may include CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, drills), grinders, saws, water jet, presses, part mark machine, and other production equipment.
Perform secondary operations such as deburring, filing, sanding, cleaning, assembling, and part marking & packaging parts to required specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or defects and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, to perform quality checks on in-process and finished parts.
Read and follow written work instructions, production orders, and basic blueprints or sketches.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including cleaning machines and sweeping the shop floor.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform routine cleaning and daily preventative maintenance on equipment as instructed.
Assist in part marking, packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout manufacturing.
Flexible and willing to be assigned to any area needed daily.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
6+ months of previous experience working in Aerospace industry is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Successful candidates must be able to understand principles of the Hazardous Work Permit and Lock Out Tag Out as well as compliance with all Government and Linde Environmental Permits, Regulations and Policies.
This is a full-time position in Fife, Washington. This is a 10-hour Shift position M-Th or Tues-Fri, with an on-call rotation starting approximately 8 months after hiring.

What Nuclear Manufacturing contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsibilities
Successfully complete extensive training, including e-learning assignments and hands on components, to demonstrate and maintain proficiency
Manufactures radioactive isotopes (includes synthesis set up, hot cell manipulations, distribution)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manufacturing Prep Specialist supports Filson's production operations by managing pre-production and post-production processes that enable efficient cutting, assembly, audit, and outbound shipment of finished goods. What you'll be responsible for

This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, readiness, and flow throughout the manufacturing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and print markers using Accumark to support cutting room operations
Process production work orders and confirm completed units
Confirm completed units
Prepare completed units for audit
Process Transfer Orders for outbound shipments
Print Purchase Orders & UPC labels
Maintain and update Cuts & Kits Received logs
Manage UPC hang tag preparation and tracking
Prep finished goods for outbound shipment
Assist with outbound shipment packing as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience operating or supporting industrial manufacturing equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
NetSuite experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:55AM-2:30PM (40 hours/week), subject to overtime
SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for the repair/overhaul of pneumatic/electrical operated aircraft components. The position cross-trains in other departments. The position requires the ability to read/write/understand the English language, following directions, and work in various teamwork settings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test, disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble aircraft components.
Work overtime and holidays on a short notice.
Follow customer s special instructions and requirements.
Follow all company procedures and policies.
Follow all safety and security policies and regulations.
Back up department functions, cross-train in other departments and performs other duties as necessary.
Report to work on a regular and consistent basis.
REQUIRED ABILITY TO:
Read and understand component maintenance/overhaul manuals.
Read and understand drawings, wiring schematics and flow diagrams.
Be a reliable self-starter.
Demonstrate the use of common hand tools.
Demonstrate the use of torque wrenches, micrometers, dial calipers and multi-meters.
Stand and work for long periods of time.
Lift, move, push and pull up to fifty (50) lbs. on a consistent basis.

DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant license.
1 year + of experience of electro-mechanical experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Continuous work in manufacturing/production setting.
Continuous walking and standing, and lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects throughout the work day.
Flexibility to work additional hours and occasional weekends.
