Use of hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. May disassemble, modify, rework, re-assemble, complex structures and systems. Work with composites if interested. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience manufacturing simple to complex mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as drill presses, rivet and hardware presses. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Well rounded knowledge of sheet metal tooling, equipment, materials, and processes, strongly preferred. A drive for process improvement and learning our aircraft and systems.
