The Back End Coordinator is responsible for coordinating team members, maintenance, and operations of the back end to achieve safety, quality, productivity, spoilage, and housekeeping requirements. Maintain operating efficiency and can quality by overseeing training, manning and completion of required maintenance and repair of back end operations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Evaluate training needs and provide and/or coordinate appropriate training of back end team. Track and monitor progress of training and provide feedback and input in the performance evaluations of back end team members.
Coordinate, schedule, track and monitor the maintenance and repair of back end machinery and equipment, and review preventative maintenance data to identify and address trends and issues. Coordinate priorities and work assignments during change overs, maintenance days, overhauls and plant shutdowns.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for back end equipment, including safe work practices, job safety analysis (JSA's), and ensure that they are being consistently followed.
Track and monitor parts utilization and inventory, and place orders as necessary to keep adequate stock on hand. Ensure the availability of all necessary specialty tools for back end team members.
Attend meetings to provide technical expertise and suggestions for improvements in product quality as it relates to back end processes.
Work with suppliers and machinery manufacturer representatives to take advantage of new technology and ensure proper product support and technical assistance are provided.
Meet with back end team members to coordinate trials and qualifications, and solicit ideas or concerns and improve the flow of information within and outside the department.
Assist/augment back end team with maintenance and repairs of back end machinery as required by production needs.
Prepare/provide written and verbal reports to management as requested.
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Journeyman Electrician provides skilled electrical support to maintain the continuous operation and reliability of production equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role works collaboratively with electricians on shift, supports the Electrical Maintenance Manager, and ensures proper inventory management of electrical components.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Apprenticing Registered non-licensed Electricians.
Ø Provide technical assistance and support to fellow electricians during troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
Ø Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment and machinery.
Ø Backfill the Electrical Maintenance Manager role as needed, including oversight of daily operations, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.

Federated Insurance is seeking a full-time claims intern in our Owatonna, MN office. This paid internship will last about 10 weeks in the summer of 2026 with the first 2 weeks of training in our Home Offices in Owatonna, MN.
Responsibilities
Support Claims personnel in our Auto, Liability, Property and Workers' Compensation offices (as applicable) with telephone coverage and incoming and outgoing correspondence, as directed.
Facilitate client interactions regarding the processing of a claim, as directed.
Collaborate with and inform supervisor and teammates of progress and issues related to assigned work.
Help Federated clients by working side-by-side with other interns and recent college graduates.
Participate in office and team meetings and trainings.
Complete presentation outlining the internship experience to P&C Claims leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
Requirements/Qualifications
Current Junior academic standing in pursuit of a Business or Criminal Justice Bachelor degree
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Strong computer knowledge
Ability to use Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software
Pay for this internship is $24.00 per hour.
