Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, focusing on infection control and chronic disease management. Participate in hospice palliative medicine initiatives to support patients with serious illnesses. Qualifications Master?s degree in Nursing or related field with a focus on Nurse Practitioner training. Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
