Wyman T. Roberts currently serves as CEO and President of Brinker International, Inc., who owns or franchises nearly 1,600 restaurants around the globe on behalf of the company’s Chili’s® Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy® brands. Wyman joined Brinker in August 2005 as Senior Vice President and Maggiano’s Little Italy® President. In March 2009, he added Brinker Chief Marketing Officer (for Chili’s Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina) to his responsibilities. In November 2009, he was promoted to President of the Chili’s brand. Wyman assumed the responsibilities of CEO and President of Brinker International in January 2013. During his tenure, Wyman has been a positive force in leading Chili’s and Brinker’s turnaround and driving shareholder value. Most recently, he’s overseen a dramatic re-energizing of almost every aspect of Chili’s, one of America’s iconic restaurant brands. As brand President of Maggiano’s, Wyman established structured guiding principles and a brand identity, creating a strong foundation for the positive momentum Maggiano’s is enjoying currently as the brand returns to growth. Wyman earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He plays a key role in Brinker’s community outreach, including leading companywide support of national charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and the Make-A-Wish Foundation®.
