In addition, negotiated a quality incentive based primary care contract (improvement of diabetic measures) resulting in a 17 percent increase in revenue. Analyzed alternative insurance markets for Workman’s Compensation and general liability, and moved group insurance offshore to an insurance captive for an average annual savings of $100,000 from the traditional insurance market.
