As the President & CEO of the Indiana Compensation Rating Bureau (ICRB), a private non-profit, unincorporated association of all insurance companies licensed to write workers compensation insurance in Indiana, responsibilities include policy and loss data collection, ratemaking functions, rules promulgation, experience rating, inspection and classification, assigned risk administration, industry education, and dispute resolution. Oversight of vendors and contract negotiations, residual market trust investments and administration, budget and banking, operations management and the strategic vision of the organization. Work closely with the Indiana Department of Insurance, the Indiana Workers Compensation Board, the ICRB Governing Board and Committees, as well as other workers compensation stakeholders in Indiana.
