The Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
• Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
• Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care.
• Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
License Requirements
Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Colorado.
Current CPR certification

The Line Operator's position involves monitoring and operating equipment on the product line. Responsibilities include keeping the product within specifications and maintaining high quality - will be required to work with the Quality Assurance department and Drum Operators to accomplish this. Must be able to professionally delegate duties; assist other operators / positions where needed; and assist in the training of personnel. Will identify any maintenance needs on the flake line and communicate this to the Shift Manager and/or shift mechanic.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow the approved Standard Operating Procedures of the flake line to produce products within their appropriate specifications.
Assists with the training and direction of personnel who may be assigned to assist on the line for clean-ups and shutdowns, etc.
Operates the line to maximize the output of good, finished product with minimal waste.
Responsible for starting and stopping the line at appropriate times.
Area of responsibility begins at the flume and continues through to the packaged goods area.
Ensure the holding tank is kept clean and well maintained. Ensure all other equipment (including the flake slide, knife bars and snifter tubes), floors, and all area of responsibility is kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Directs the periodic clean-ups of all equipment within the area, works with the sanitation supervisor to ensure a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment is successfully completed at regularly scheduled intervals.
Take timings, readings, and temperatures hourly and record the results. Make any necessary changes to temperature, etc. so that the quality of the product is maintained. Record in detail all changes and line adjustments in the log book. Records must be legible, accurate, and complete, in English.
Properly mix the additive as necessary for the product being produced.
Check additive rates at least once an hour, more often as needed. Ensure the correct additive level is added to the mash. Record exact amounts of additives when checked, and record any additive adjustments made. This should be done every time the additives are checked.
Log date codes and lot numbers of additive(s) used in the log book.
Adjust the knife on the drums so it cuts properly, without exceeding 30 psi. If cutting is difficult, the knife will need to be changed.
Work with the QA Lab to ensure the product being produced is in grade and complies with the specifications for the product. Advise the Shift Manager or other appropriate authority if the product is out of grade.
Know moisture limits for each product and maintain consistent moisture without exceeding moisture limits.
Communicates on a daily basis with other shift Flake Line Operators to assure proper transition between shifts.
Keep the yield and peel time as low as possible. Verify with the Drum Operator that all dirty mash is removed.
Check the slabber knife and ensure the slice thickness is correct. Verify the slabber knife is cutting cleanly.
Follows safe working practices at all times. Abides by all Lock Out, confined space, fall protection and forklift policies. Ensures all safety policies are followed by anyone who may be assigned to the line or assisting with periodic clean-ups.
Keep Shift manager informed of progress and/or problems.
Completes all other duties as necessary. Will likely be cross trained on other production lines.
Supervisor Duties:
The Flake Line Operator will assist with the supervision of people in their area of responsibility.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of flake line production policies and procedures to ensure the safety of product and personnel.
Ability to give instruction and teach others regarding processes and equipment operation.
Ability to complete paperwork and reports; basic math skills needed.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior member service; driving member satisfaction and retention by helping members take full advantage of Ent's full range of products and services. Major duties of the Production Bagger include bagging finished product and stacking the bagged product onto pallets. Will observe scale readings and ensure bag weight accuracy on every bag; verify the use of correct bags and labels; verify all code dates are legible and accurate, bag seals are secure and the correct quantity of bags is placed on each pallet. This is a very physical, hands-on position requiring constant and repetitive lifting up to 70 pounds, above shoulder height.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Set empty product bag for filling. Once filled, lift or slide the bagged product onto the scale.
Slide and/or lift the bagged product through the heated glue sealer. Will need to visually align the bag so it seals correctly. Ensure all markings on product bags are legible.
After sealing, physically lift (using proper lifting techniques) the bagged product off the conveyor and stacks them on the pallet according to customer and company specifications.
Ensure bags, labels, stickers and printouts are correct and neatly adhered.
Work with the Line Lead or appropriate personnel to check and/or change magnets as scheduled.
Take product samples to the Lab as needed.
Visually inspect the product in the bag (before sealing) and the product in totes for any defects, foreign material, or other potential issues.
The Production Bagger must have a full understanding of metal detector procedures in the event an alarm is triggered, and follow metal detector policy exactly as stated.
Immediately report problems to the Shift Manager.
Clean up all spills, and keep areas of work free of debris and potential hazards.
Use caution around moving parts and equipment.
Keep areas of responsibility clean and well maintained during shift hours, and ensure area is clean for the next shift.
Comply with all safety regulations; follow all plant and safety policies.
Follows all company and regulated good manufacturing practices.

Supervisor Duties:
The Production Bagger has no supervisory authority. Will report to the Bagger Lead, Assistant Shift Manager or the Shift Manager.
Working Conditions:
Normal plant / manufacturing environment. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Production Bagger must be available all days and all hours. Position is very physical / hands on. Will be exposed to high levels of noise, extreme heat or cold, steam, dust, and wet, humid, and slick conditions, and all other environmental factors normally attributed to a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED
Certification in Sterile Processing preferred or completion of a Sterile Processing training program
Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical instrumentation
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST - HSPA
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of sterilization methods and infection prevention
What You'll Do:
Decontaminate, clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical devices according to established procedures
Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and defects; assemble trays and sets accurately
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (e.g., steam, low-temperature, ultrasonic cleaners)
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of sterilization processes
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards (AAMI, AORN, OSHA, Joint Commission)
Store and distribute sterile supplies to operating rooms and clinical departments
Identify and report damaged or missing instruments
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with operating room staff and other departments to ensure timely instrument availability
Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
