The Social Worker Home Visitor ' Healthy Beginnings provides professional services to clients and their families eligible for the Healthy Beginnings Services in order to meet identified psychosocial, emotional, financial and environmental needs. The social worker provides psychosocial assessments, supportive counseling, emergent crisis intervention appropriate to setting, financial resource information, environment enhancements, advance directive planning and referrals to community agencies for clients and their caregivers/families in the client's home, mobile health clinic (MHC), or other settings. Using an interdisciplinary team approach, the social worker ensures clear communication and helps to facilitate care transitions. The social worker identifies and implements interventions at the individual and systemic levels and provides expertise to high risk clients across the continuum. The social worker works collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to support the RN performing at the highest level of their license in addition to maximizing the social worker's specialized training to address complex cases. Social Services are provided as part of a collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in adherence to the NFP model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of NFP and of the Carle Health System.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Involves client and family in case planning decisions.
Provides social work intervention to clients and their families eligible for the Healthy Beginnings and/or Mobile Health Clinic services.
Helps to facilitate care transitions, referrals to social services, and other specialist when needed.
Provides assistance and advocacy to clients in obtaining financial resources and government entitlements.
Provides social work intervention to patient/families eligible for the NFP Program.
Responds to referrals from healthcare team members to identify available services for case specific needs.
Collaborates with nurse home visitors / supervisors / mobile health clinic staff to meet the needs of high risk populations.
Details (direct or incidental) possible to enhance service/care is communicated across service lines and among disciplines.
Documents all patient/client interactions, significant observations, interventions, and actions taken in the client's medical record in an appropriate and timely manner.
Formulates, develops, and implements a plan utilizing appropriate social work interventions. Provides education and counseling to clients and families around issues related to adaptation to the client's illness and/or life situation. May utilize crisis intervention, brief and long-term individual, group, and family therapies.
Facilitates education/training modules to assist RN staff managing basic social work needs.
As requested/required, participates in community coalition in support of NFP as well as promotes public awareness of Healthy Beginnings Services and the Mobile Health Clinic.
Assesses physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental needs of clients and their families as they relate to the NFP domains.

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Coordinates, and conducts performance-based operations Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.

Track change orders and all extras on projects via signed change order forms and budget updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience preferred.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs advanced regulatory/technical problem solving and provides analysis/insights in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for regulatory/technical decisions. Possesses superior knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has excellent knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. Understands interrelations and functions of various organizations (e.g., Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operators (INPO), Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), etc.) related to nuclear power. Functions with recognized level of expertise in the regulatory area.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform advanced regulatory and technical tasks, and provide insights in support of nuclear plant operations.
Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of regulatory/technical projects and programs.
Provide in-depth regulatory/technical expertise to develop, manage and implement regulatory activities related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability, and availability ensuring compliance to customer's needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper licensing basis management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures, regulations and codes are used in preparation of products.
Provide regulatory/technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve regulatory issues.
Provide initial or complete task management of regulatory issues.
Recommend new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify operation, reduce costs, reduce regulatory burden, correct regulatory non-compliances, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
Support resolution of regulatory issues associated with plant design modifications, testing and problem solving.
Assure all regulatory products prepared or overseen are in accordance with applicable procedures, licensing basis, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.

Primary Purpose of Position
Plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with the development and implementation of Constellation's operations training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provides direction for and supervises the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CEC training programs established to improve CEC and personnel performance in accordance with Constellation Department Descriptions, Policies, Procedures, and Process Descriptions. Program responsibilities include initial license training, reactor operator, senior reactor operator, non-licensed operators, shift manager, shift technical advisor, and simulator performance.
Manages post-training assessments to identify impact on personnel and CEC performance to identify training program areas needing improvement. Training improvements and corrective actions are systematically initiated, trended, analyzed and resolved.
Support CEC and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, project management, re-fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties and special projects.
Anticipates long-range Security training needs and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs.
Assures that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals.
Participates in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and management audits or assessments and provides responses to audit findings.
Coordinates the assignment of training activities between CEC management, outside agencies, contractors, and the training department.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science or in a technical discipline, education, or training with 8 years of overall experience, which includes 4 years power plant, 2 years nuclear power plant experience and 1 years of supervisory or managerial experience per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.3.1)

Responsibilities
