JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a clinical member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support for client population.
The CSU RN must be adept at multi-tasking.
Provides direct medical care to clients in a CSU setting including clients in varying levels of crisis, frequently working with SPMI and clients with co-occurring issues.

Administers intramuscular injections, communicate with PCPs during recovery partnership and transition phases, and liaison with other agencies as indicated.
RN is responsible for triaging referrals, completing RN intake/assessments on all clients admitted during their shift, obtaining urine drug screens, BAL and pregnancy tests on admissions, obtaining admission orders, dispensing routine and PRN medications, taking orders from prescriber and updating MAR, completing electronic and paper charting in a timely manner and participating in treatment team meetings.

Clinician will discuss options/goals for clients receiving services.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides individual/family psychotherapy for children and adults.
Clinician is present and ready to begin sessions at the appointment time, every session.
Clinician calls to reschedule any sessions that he/she will be unable to attend or that the consumer missed/cancelled, 100% of the time.
2. Provides diagnostic psychosocial assessments/intakes.
Clinician completes intakes and assessments within 5 business days of contact.
Assessments will be completed in coordination with Client Benefits staff & other members of the Integrated Services Team, as evidenced by communicating any issues concerning clients or the assessment.
3. Completes all documentation in compliance with HRMC, CARF & program standards.
Clinician completes weekly progress notes within allotted period (5 business days).
Clinician's progress notes and intake assessments will include documentation to meet CARF standards.
Clinician will attend all required trainings, webinars and meetings required by the funder.
4. Provides intake coverage when needed.
Clinician will provide intake coverage, as directed by supervisor.
5. Works to meet productivity standards.
Clinician will average 128 therapy sessions per month, 384 per quarter.
Clinician will complete 100% of intakes that are present for appointments.
Clinician will complete monthly productivity reports by the 5th of the following month.
Clinician will give regular measures (from drop down menu in electronic medical record) to at least 30% of clients and present results quarterly to supervisor.
6. Communicates with community resources/referral sources.
Clinician communicates accurate and thorough information to outside agencies 100% of the time when clients need different care that HRMC cannot provide.
Clinician utilizes HRMC and HIPPA standards every time communication is made with outside persons or agencies.
7. Demonstrates and maintains a positive work climate and contributes to the overall effort of the program.
Clinician demonstrates a consideration and concern for fellow workers and their jobs.
Clinician promotes harmonious relationships and attitudes by openly communicating any concerns, keeping a positive attitude, and helping others.
Clinician accepts additional assignments and/or changes in assignments or work with a positive attitude.
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary for this position is approximately $49,647 /yr based on relevant experience and education.

Master's Degree required.
Good people skills, knowledge of community, ability to travel to various locations and communities required.

Valid driver's license with F endorsement.

Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
This position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running, and walking.

Purpose Statement:
The job of the Speech Language Pathologist was established for the purpose of identifying students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; planning and implementing appropriate services to minimize adverse impact on student success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assesses students' communication skills (e.g. articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.) in order to identify communication disorders, determine program eligibility and develop recommendations for treatment.
Develops treatment plans, interventions and/or educational materials to minimize the adverse impact of communication disorders.
Provides speech and language therapy to students in order to minimize the adverse impact of speech and language disorders on student success.
Collaborates with a variety of groups and/or individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, physicians, administration, team members, other professionals, etc) to communicate information, resolve issues and provide services for individual students.
Designs and implements Individual Education Plans (IEP's) for qualified students in a timely manner and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Coordinates meetings and services for eligible students (e.g. testing/screening, IEP's, parent conferences, pre-referral staffing, etc) so that evaluation results may be presented, treatment plans developed, and training provided for students/staff/parents.

Performs site visits at multiple work sites, including home visits.

Transports supplies and equipment to a variety of sites, as appropriate.
Is available to students and parents for education related purposes outside the instructional day when requested to do so by the administration.
Maintains accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
Manages student behavior in order to provide a safe and optimal learning environment.
