Mr. Swiecki is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining VertiFlex, Mr. Swiecki was the Finance Director & Americas Controller for Invitrogen Corporation with financial responsibilities for North and South America. Mr. Swiecki spent 7 years with medical device company Guidant Corporation. During his seven year employment, he held various management roles in finance, marketing and information technology. Previously, he held domestic and international audit positions with accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Swiecki's academic credentials include a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University; he is also a Certified Public Accountant. At VertiFlex, Mr. Swiecki currently oversees the company's accounting, finance, tax, operations and human resource functions.

Ruais, Jon is a Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer at Nalu Medical Inc and is based in Carlsbad, California. He has worked as Nuclear Submarine Officer at US Navy; Vice President of Marketing at DIADEXUS, INC.; and Director, Chronic Pain Therapy Marketing at ST JUDE MEDICAL INC. Ruais, Jon works or has worked as Assistant Coach at Little League Baseball. He attended University of Oxford between 1998 and 1999, GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1996 and 2000, and UNIVERSITY OF WEST FLORIDA between 2004 and 2006.
