The Ariadne Labs' Innovation Platform accelerates programs' ability to successfully design, test, and spread solutions. Our design work begins with precisely identifying the problem and patient outcomes to change, background research, generating solution options and prototyping, collecting rapid-cycle feedback, and then iterating on solution design and implementation elements.
The Design Specialist will be part of the Innovation Platform at Ariadne Labs to provide support in designing effective improvement solutions in accordance with project goals, to meet the needs of end users. The Innovation Platform includes an Director, Platform Coordinator, and Innovation/Design consultants.
The Design Specialist is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week in our offices at Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts and will report to the Director of Innovation and work closely with staff and faculty across the Lab.
The Design Specialist's anticipated portfolio will include collaboration with Ariadne Labs' Home Hospital Program-a team leading work focused on advancing hospital-level care to patients at home, particularly in rural and underserved areas. Key current initiatives include the DEMOCRATIZE (Driving Equitable Medical Care in Rural America Through Innovative VehiclZE) project, which is developing and implementing mobile hubs-specialty vans that deliver acute and oncology care directly into rural communities. The Specialist will work alongside this diverse team of clinicians, engineers, implementation specialists, and researchers to help design and deliver the next generation of accessible, patient-centered healthcare.

* Integrate principles of innovation, design thinking, human factors engineering, product development, and systems design into project work.
* Contribute to small, innovative projects as well as for large-scale projects seeking to develop scalable solutions to complex health system problems.

Assign appropriate diagnosis codes (ICD-10) and procedure codes (CPT/HCPCS) to patient encounters based on medical documentation, physician notes, and other relevant information.
* Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, including those outlined by the American Medical Association (AMA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other regulatory bodies.
* Analyze medical records, including physician notes, laboratory results, radiology reports, and operative reports, to extract pertinent information for coding purposes.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in coding assignments to ensure proper reimbursement and minimize claim denials.
* Utilize coding software, encoders, and electronic health record systems to facilitate the coding process.
* Support coding compliance efforts by participating in coding audits, internal or external coding reviews, and documentation improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of coding activities, including tracking productivity, coding accuracy rates, and any coding-related issues or challenges.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Research Data Associate (RDA) will support research studies and initiatives under the NIH-funded Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA-CEAL) Program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary
Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program, is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds - including post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance use disorder, family relationship challenges and other issues associated with Military service - for Veterans of all eras, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen through world-class clinical care, wellness, education, and research.
The Massachusetts General Hospital seeks a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve on the Special Operations Team. In this role, the LCSW/LICSW will provide and oversee the provision of psychiatric, psychosocial, and overall mental health services and referrals for military Special Operators into the Home Base program. They will also be dedicated to supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) program and will provide coverage to other clinical operations as needed. The LCSW/LICSW may help cover approximately 2-3 weekend shifts per year.
Summary
This position will collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and to assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team. They work collaboratively with all healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans that support patient-centered plans of care for both individual patients and the medical community.

Essential Functions
* Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social, emotional, interpersonal, and/or environmental issues. Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and to assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
* Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in the treatment and care plan.
* Coordinate care for Special Operations Forces (SOF) veterans and military-connected family members seeking care at Home Base with the appropriate internal or external clinicians in a multi-disciplinary team, coordinated care model.
* Serve as a contact point for accepting and triaging SOF referrals from internal clinicians, outside clinicians and self-referred patients.
* Serve as primary case manager for patients in SOF admissions process in collaboration with Admissions Coordinator, including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: conduct pre-screening to assess treatment and evaluation needs for SOF patients referred; coordinate signing of Release of Information forms, acquire relevant medical records, and coordinate with SOCOM where applicable; serve as point of contact for ongoing questions from the patient as they arise.

The Neurological Clinical Research Institute (NCRI) at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is a premier Academic Clinical Research Organization (CRO) managing clinical trials in neurological disorders. The NCRI employs physician clinical researchers, research nurses, project managers, data managers, SAS programmers, systems analysts, grants managers, and administrative assistants dedicated to planning and implementing clinical trials.
Reporting to a senior member of the PM team, the Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in providing oversight and leadership necessary for the successful delivery of projects from initiation to implementation to close-out of assigned multi-center clinical research activities led by the NCRI. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for tasks relevant to the scope of assigned projects:

* Developing study documents including protocol and informed consent forms, study manuals, source documentation templates, recruitment material,s and other study tools.

The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in the inpatient and ambulatory care settings. Oncology Pharmacists work closely with physicians, APPs, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care. Oncology pharmacists support teaching and learning throughout our community and support clinical research, practice advancement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Once trained and fully meeting expectations, the pharmacist will have a hybrid work model with scheduled on-site and remote work.

* Serves as an integral member of the disease group Care Team
* Understands and responds to multidisciplinary role group pharmacy-related needs
* Actively supports Patient Safety Culture and Just Culture, the Medication Safety process, and continuous Quality Improvement
* Supports our organizational mission to provide the very best in care through direct patient and medication management and treatment planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary care team
* Optimizes the treatment plans available for the specified disease group though design, management, and optimization of Beacon Treatment Plan Templates
* Serves as disease state expert and manages off-label chemotherapy requests and nonformulary requests
* Supports our Teaching & Learning programs through precepting and/or training of students, PGY1 Residents, and PGY2 Oncology pharmacy residents and new employees
* Understands and follows all policies and procedures
* Develops, maintains, and optimizes policies, procedures, guidelines, and monographs through the MGH P&T Oncology Subcommittee
* Supports Pharmacy Department through active participation in Pharmacy Collaborative Governance Committee
* Supports MGBCI through participation in Key Cancer Institute Committees
* Direct support of Pharmacy operations including order verification, processing, checking, and dispensing for patients
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
* A PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience
* Licensed to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts
* Board Certification in Oncology required within 18 months of hire
* Meet Preceptor requirements as outlined in the MGH Residency Preceptor Responsibilities, Credentials, and Development Policy
* New preceptors will complete a Preceptor Development Program
PREFERRED:
* A PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Graduate
* Work experience may be considered in place of PGY2 Pharmacy Residency

Summary
The Information Security Analyst II independently operates existing processes to operate security controls within their domain. They will identify improvements in these processes, and may be tasked with executing those improvements.
The Information Security Analyst II works across multiple teams within MGB Digital, and participates in broader projects to drive improvements in the MGB information security posture.
