Amy Ronneberg is the president of Be The Match BioTherapies®, an organization partnering with companies pursuing new life-saving treatments in cellular therapy. She also serves as the chief financial officer of the National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP)/Be The Match®, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping patients access life-saving bone marrow transplants, and parent company of Be The Match BioTherapies. Prior to joining NMDP/Be The Match, Amy served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer of North American Membership Group, a media company. Earlier in her career, Amy worked for Ernst & Young as an audit manager. Amy holds a B.B.A. in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and an M.B.A. from Capella University.

David Cox is a Chief Executive Officer at NCEES and is based in Clemson, South Carolina. He has worked as Executive Director at KY Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors. I have over fifteen years of non-profit administrative experience. I began my career as a counselor in the drug/alcohol field. I worked as a counselor at Red Rock Job Corp. field. I was as an HIV Case Manager before becoming a Program Specialist at a Regional HIV Coalition. After a couple of years I was named Director of that organization where I continued to work for a total of ten years. Prior to my most recent employment, I was the Director of STEP Head Start in Lycoming/Clinton Counties in North-Central Pennsylvania. I am now the CEO of Families United Network, Inc. based in Muncy, PA, serving over 50 counties in Pennsylvania with residential, foster care, and adoption services.
