Fun industry, great membership, good opportunities, interesting
Highly demanding, problematic culture

The company culture would be improved by providing a more respectful environment in terms of employee time and boundaries. My experience would have been improved if the ceo spoke to me respectfully
I prepared by reading an article my former boss wrote about working at NCA.
I appreciated being provided with rewarding leadership opportunities. Because the department I led was not valued by the CEO I had freedom to run the department as I saw fit with minimal input.
In my experience my compensation at NCA was above industry average but commensurate with performance expectations
I did not feel that NCA represented diverse demographics when I worked there
Personally I am very results oriented and enjoy freedom to accomplish my goals
