Kariena Greiten serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of WNS-HealthHelp. In this role, Kariena is responsible for the strategic direction and profitable growth of WNS-HealthHelp. Kariena has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colby College and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
