Adam Van Meter is a NWS Central Region IT Branch Chief at National Weather Service NWS and Office Manager at Advanced Health Chiropractic and is based in Missouri. Jose Garcia is a Chief Program Officer at National Weather Service NWS and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. He has worked as Meteorologist In Charge at National Weather Service Amarillo, South American Desk Program Meteorologist at National Meteorological Center, and Warning Coordination Meteorologist at National Weather Service Amarillo. Jose studied at Texas A&M University between 1986 and 1989 and Lynn University between 1978 and 1982.

Laurie Hogan is a Deputy Chief, Hydrologic Services Division at National Weather Service NWS and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as Hydrometeorologist at NOAA. Laurie attended University of Oklahoma between 1985 and 1988 and University of North Dakota between 1981 and 1985.
