Your Impact
Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) with a primary skillset in Enterprise Networking and secondary knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cyber-Security, Cloud/AI, and Collaboration. The Solutions Engineer is a customer-focused technical sales professional who ensures that technical information and guidance is provided to the customer, delivering meaningful outcomes based on Cisco's product and services portfolio.
The SE will partner with our specialist Inside Account Executives (iAE) in a pre-sales technical function, showcasing Cisco solutions, providing customer presentations, performing technical demonstrations, creating BoMs, and running proof of concept activities. Ability and willingness to travel 2-3 times per year.
Position requires an active DoD Security Clearance along with the ability to maintain the stated clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced with KVM over IP.
Experience supporting aircraft training systems and video conferencing design and installations.
Ability to troubleshoot, solve hardware-related lab and field issues, and work closely with Greenville Hardware Engineers to define requirements.
