Jeni Bahr has 25 years of experience leading teams through rapid growth and change. Whether that is driven by increased demand, an acquisition, a software conversion, or a liquidity event, Jeni brings order to chaos and takes challenge in stride. She is always focused on developing a solid, scalable foundation for the future. Prior to NetSPI, Jeni was Wealth Enhancement Group’s Senior VP of Finance, participating in the sale to Lightyear Capital and the acquisition of several RIAs. Jeni holds a CPA, an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and a B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College.

Charles Horton has over 20 years of experience in building high performing teams in cybersecurity, technology, and healthcare that aim to solve complex challenges. In his role at NetSPI, Charles is focused on driving excellence in both client and employee experience, and helping expand NetSPI’s services to meet growing demand. Prior to NetSPI, Charles was a Vice President at Optiv Security, where he drove key initiatives and growth programs across large scale services teams, through a blend of organic, inorganic, and partner programs. Charles holds a B.S. in Mathematics Education from Missouri State University.

Travis Hoyt is an experienced cybersecurity executive with over 20 years in the financial services industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Travis defines and drives product strategy supporting NetSPI clients and services teams to support comprehensive vulnerability management programs through technology enabled service delivery. Prior to NetSPI, Travis was the global control owner for application security assessments as Senior Vice President at Bank of America and most recently Managing Director at TIAA leading Cybersecurity Technology in delivering technology enabled control transformation. Travis holds an M.S. in Information Assurance from Norwich University.

Alex Jones is a Chief Revenue Officer at NetSPI and is based in Minnesota. He has worked as Technical Recruiter at C4 Technical Services; President at Connected; and Vice President, Consulting Services at Mindset Consulting, LLC. Alex studied at St. Paul Academy and Summit School between 2001 and 2005 and Gustavus Adolphus College between 2006 and 2009.
