The Systems and Endpoint Administrator provides technical support for Apple and Windows related hardware and software while ensuring timely problem resolution, system access and optimal system performance. This position is the campus-wide expert in Apple devices administration and works closely with other IT team members on a variety of projects and tickets related to wifi, classroom technology, faculty/staff devices, student devices and other related needs.
