(Epicor Kinetic, DocStar, Epicor Data Analytics) • Supports applications integrating with ERP. (Bartender, XL Connect) • Creates and modifies Epicor BAQ, Dashboard, and BPM to establish organizational information and process solutions. • Recommends global ERP system and operational objectives by learning intercompany workflows and country-specific requirements. • Assesses, Designs, creates, and conducts Epicor training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. • Recommends controls and maintains system protocols by identifying problems, writing and updating procedures, then advising and training staff on updates. • Supports global sites' Epicor Admins and maintains global user account security. • Secondarily supports IT Department initiatives.
