This is a unique opportunity to engage across the full lifecycle of critical infrastructure deployment from design, permitting, and contractor oversight to ongoing technical support and emergency response. Phase 1: Construction Management (Initial 12-24 Months) Responsibilities: Oversee field construction of fiber optic networks, ensure work is on schedule, meets specifications, and is documented accurately. Act as the primary liaison with construction contractors; conduct regular job site inspections. Review and track permits, contractor deliverables, and inspection reports.
