Tom worked for a number of years in retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical sales before assisting in the start-up of Nightingale Homecare in 1994.
He assumed the full-time role as its Chief Executive Officer in 2000.
In early 2003, a Registered Nurse by the name of Joseph Li had some ideas.
Since 2003, Nightingale Home Care, Inc. has served over 5,000 San Diegans and employs over 50 field and office staff.
Twenty-eight months later in October of 2005, Nightingale Home Care, Inc. earned official certification from Medicare and moved to a 900 sq. ft. location in San Diego.
Since 2016, Tom has also served on the Arizona Homecare Association board of directors.
