Responsibilities:
MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task-oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route and trolley operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for the maintenance program.

Talent Requirements:
The Maintenance Manager shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing the maintenance of a heavy-duty bus or truck fleet; two (2) years of experience in maintaining and/or managing the maintenance of vehicles in a fixed route. Trolley maintenance experience is a plus.
Must possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices, strong knowledge of gas, diesel and electric vehicle systems, and proficiency with maintenance management software.
The qualified candidate will have operational and working knowledge of gas, diesel and electric vehicle systems and demonstrated experience through training and work experience maintenance of major components and vehicle systems.
The Maintenance Manager shall have experience in supervising the work of other maintenance personnel, ranging from mechanics, parts clerks, fueler/washers, etc..
Previous passenger transportation in the current project or a similar environment preferred. Must be able to manage and interface with the client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
Manager shall be the equivalent of a journeyman mechanic.
Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at all times.
ASE or manufacturer's certifications a plus.
Starting salary range: $100,000 - $118,000

Summary:

Essential Work Functions:

Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to maintain clean and attractive rooms for the guests of Oxford Collection of hotels. This position is responsible for the timely and proper cleaning and sanitizing of the guestrooms on a daily basis.

Guestroom Cleaning and Sanitizing (80%):

Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens, removing trash, and dirty linens
Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed

Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts daily

Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets neat and clean

The mission of the Kinesiology and Public Health (KPH) Department is to promote physical activity and health for all through excellence in teaching, research and service. Our faculty are actively engaged teacher scholars who participate in scholarship across a broad range of kinesiology and public health disciplines including obesity and chronic disease prevention & treatment, wearable sensors, physical behavior epidemiology, sport physiology, health literacy and physical activity, sport psychology, exercise metabolism and hydration, cycling biomechanics, the health status of immigrant enclaves, health communication, cancer prevention, health disparities, and maternal and child health. The Center for Health Research (CHR) is a University Research Center housed within the Department of Kinesiology and Public Health that includes several ongoing multi-million-dollar NIH-funded research grants. Projects include several long-term prospective human research studies involving hundreds of community participants, dozens of local community contracts and partners, and several national and international partners. External research grants currently fund approximately 10 staff positions including researchers, faculty investigators, research staff, a community liaison, database managers, phlebotomists, a technician, student research fellows, medical consultants and a translator. In addition, 20-30 undergraduate students conduct independent research in any given quarter. Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly new business goals across auto, home, life, business, and specialty lines.
Respond quickly to new leadsprepare accurate quotes, deliver strong value-based presentations, and confidently close sales.
Work both inbound and outbound opportunities, including purchased leads, referrals, community contacts, and cross-sell campaigns.
Build and strengthen local partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews with professionalism and care.
Request referrals consistently and explain our referral rewards program to clients.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for life insurance, business policies, financial products, and supplemental coverage.
Answer calls promptly and ensure every customer interaction is positive and solution-focused.
Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines to protect clients and maintain agency standards.
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to stay current on products, processes, and best practices.
Requirements

Medical Scribe Job Description
* Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam
* Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
* Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record
* Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
