Help ensure customer satisfaction - Make certain work is done correctly the first time to prevent any comebacks, ensuring vehicles are completely clean. Work done properly helps ensure customer satisfaction and future business with the customer. All comebacks get #1 priority! Do not smoke in any vehicle and do not change or play the radio. If seats need to be readjusted, make sure to put seats back to their prior position. When a job is started, interrupted or finished communicate with the Service Department.
