Job Duties
1. 2. Becomes familiar with providing recommendations for sentencing to the court based on case findings. Also be trained on presenting information verbally and in writing before the court and completing intake paperwork.
3. Becomes familiar with performing risk assessments to determine proper supervision level of client; recommending incentives and/or sanctions based on assessment; monitoring drug screens.
4. Introduced and trained on meeting with clients on probation in order to provide counseling, complete case reporting, and other related functions of managing a caseload. This includes conducting assessments or follow ups; providing direction to help clients accomplish court requirements; providing referrals to community resources including food, shelter, and work.
5. Introduced and trained on preparing violation reports, compliance reports and conducting record checks; Training also includes the entering and updating client information into appropriate systems; determining reports to send to the court for updates.
6. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all activities related to the care and maintenance of the golf course, grounds, and equipment. Assists the Superintendent with planning and implementing budget and operating plans. Hires, trains and supervises staff. Responsibilities also include applying relevant landscaping, horticultural principles to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved and/or exceeded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development of the annual maintenance budget and operating plan. Implement the plan according to Company operating policies and procedures to ensure cost containment.
· Plan and implement staffing schedules to ensure quality standards are achieved at minimum employee cost.
· Supervise and perform various maintenance duties to maintain the golf course in proper playing condition according to Company standards.
· Supervise then development and maintenance of drainage, irrigation, pumping and water reservoir systems.
· Supervise all planting, fertilizing and care of turf, plants, shrubs, and trees on the golf course and grounds. Assist with the development and implementation of a fertilizer, aeration and Integrated Pest Management program for proper turf grass and plant care.
· Supervise course construction projects.
· Supervise equipment maintenance and repair operations. Establish and implement a cleaning and preventative maintenance program for appropriate equipment, tools, vehicles, etc.
· Ensure maintenance of all appropriate quality and cleanliness standards including, but not limited to, employee hygiene and uniforms, equipment repair areas, equipment storage areas, chemical and fertilizer storage areas, receiving areas, washing areas, lunch room areas, restrooms, etc.
· Monitor the purchase ordering and receiving program to maintain proper inventories of supplies and ensure proper quantity and price on all purchases.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, OSHA rules and regulations, relating to chemical and fertilizer storage and disposal, employee safety, public safety, etc.
· Manage employment activities for applicable staff members, including but not limited to, personnel recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, training, compensation, discipline and termination, etc.
· Maintain accurate records for pertaining to department activities including, but not limited to,
labor schedules, course maintenance, construction activities, equipment repair, safety meetings and activities, fertilizer and chemical applications and pest control practices. Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required operational, financial, budgetary and related reports.
· Maintain knowledge of current and projected industry developments through continuous attention to industry periodicals and participation in relevant trade associations and organizations.
· Perform other duties as appropriate.

· High school education required, college degree preferred.

The Flat Glass Technician is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation of residential and commercial flat glass and related glass products such as windows, storefronts, mirrors, display cases, shower doors, etc. You will assist in developing new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. We call our Technicians, Specialist; because we are a cut above the rest. We are always looking for people with the right stuff to be a part of our team. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines? With proven communication skills, you are eager to learn from trained professionals and take the next step in your career. Specific Responsibilities:
Assist in installing glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installations
Help ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of vehicle
Assist in selling flat glass products and services to customers
Learn how to conduct accurate field measuring and cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels
Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation
No fear of heights on a ladder or lift
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
Excellent communication skills
Benefits: Benefits package varies by location Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
