Pros of working at NueHealth

Nice people

Cons of working at NueHealth

Department directors are the worst. It’s not what you know it who you know. Facility department is riddled with favoritism between employees, abuse of overtime, an unskilled employee with no technical education. Assistant director no formal education not qualified to make any decisions on personnel.

The people you interface are very nice Sometimes you get free food.

I think he is leading the co. Ok

How would you improve NueHealth's culture?

Hire an outside contract to run the facilities department and hire a director that knows how to manage a contractor.

Researched company. Provided resume that showed education and work accomplishments.

The pay is under under adverage

What's the diversity at NueHealth like?

Poor, people in the department weee hired based on who they knew

What brings you the most joy at NueHealth?

To be respected in the field that I was hired for and to know that my education and technical expertise are appreciated.
