About Your Work Day Create a safe, welcoming environment that supports the wellness of all people, including program participants, staff members, and families. Understand and comply with policies and procedures set forth by Chautauqua Institution and regulations determined by New York State legislation as related to operating a licensed children's camp. Assume the role of mandated reporter in accordance with New York State law. Supervise all systems related to health and sanitation of program.
