The Deputy Government Property & Supply Manager plays a critical support role in managing government property compliance, supply management and logistics operations across a global program footprint. Reporting directly to the Government Property & Logistics Manager, this position ensures operational continuity, regulatory adherence, and effective coordination across supply chain, contracts, and finance functions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in asset management, FAR/DFARS compliance, and logistics execution, with strong analytical and communication skills. This position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. Essential Functions: Support the maintenance and execution of the Government Property Business System which encompasses supply management and logistical movements of property. Provide daily operational support and guidance to team supervisors/leads, ensuring continuity of property, supply and logistics functions. Assist in managing government property in accordance with FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS clauses. Contribute to the preparation of contract-required reports and audit documentation. Coordinate logistics planning, acquisition logistics, and supply administration activities. Help implement and maintain databases and support files for record keeping Monitor warehouse operations and ensure accurate asset tracking and inventory are being performed. Provide guidance and training to personnel on property procedures and compliance standards to include property custodians, department managers and individual employees. Support internal and external briefings. Assist in cross-functional collaboration to align logistics, supply and property goals to meet the requirements of the business for mission support and projects. Participate in internal and external audits, including self-assessments. Ensure proper documentation and retention of audit artifacts. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) to support reporting and decision-making. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Federal and Department of Defense government property regulations (FAR 45 and 52.245-1), principles, concepts, practices, standards. Demonstrated knowledge of reporting, LTDD, reutilization, storage and disposal of Government assets. Demonstrated knowledge of industry or military property management best practices for the management of Government Property. Strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Possess leadership and supervisory skills for an organization comprised of both exempt and local nationals. Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related field. Eight (8) or more years experience in Government Property Management, Supply Management and FAR/DFAR to include six years of supervisory/management experience within property and supply. Experience applying FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property clauses. Experience with asset management systems and government platforms such as PIEE. Familiarity with government contracts, operations and maintenance environments. Understanding of supply chain, contracts, and finance principles. Determine technical intelligence engineering information/collection requirements in conjunction with the Intelligence Division Technical Intelligence Engineering team and the Intelligence Division Sensors and Data Management team, to include researching and gathering relevant IC data. Provide required technical intelligence products to portfolios. k. Participate in the Intelligence Division effort to provide acquisition intelligence support to the program elements, which includes determining points of contact within the program elements, working with the program elements to develop their threat stressors and intelligence concerns, and coordinating this data with Intelligence Division leadership. This includes researching and gathering intelligence data, developing and presenting briefings, attending and participating in meetings, developing required documentation, and providing weekly status updates. l. Develop and prepare written reports, papers, memo(s), staff action documentation, and correspondence for the Director for Technical Intelligence in the NCR. Research, develop and staff information papers, briefings, and memorandums with MDA senior leadership including, but not limited to, the MDA Director, the General Counsel, and the Director for Engineering. Support staff actions and coordination with other federal agencies and entities including, but not limited to, IC agencies and Congress. Provide a WAR detailing all efforts performed in support of the Director for Technical Intelligence. r. Provide support to MDA's LTRI effort. Contribute technical expertise related to intelligence and indications and warning that can inform "left-of-launch" operations. Participate in community of interest meetings and integrate intelligence analysis and intelligence operations activities related to missile defeat using a holistic LTRI approach. Explore opportunities to leverage community of interest resources in test events to further LTRI objectives.
