Great people to work with.

Cons of working at Omnicell

Poor executive vision and leadership. They have lost their way and don’t know how to get it back.

How would you improve Omnicell's culture?

Go back to the basics and hire people that know how to do the job.

What do you like best about Omnicell's CEO and the leadership team?

Old times, it was a shared vision and culture of excellence. Executive Team knew the people and the company. They have hired people that were unfamiliar with the culture and the business.

How does your compensation at Omnicell compare to the industry average?

Great.

What's the diversity at Omnicell like?

Very good overall. Many different cultures and demographics.

What brings you the most joy at Omnicell?

Working with my team towards a common goal.
