· Identify IW-related skills and experience within manpower and training systems;
· Conduct concept development, analysis, and problem solving for tactical, operational, and strategic level issues related to training, education, irregular warfare, confronting irregular challenges, and expeditionary warfare.
· Travel to all other component command locations, as required and directed.

Requirements
Military/Navy Community Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years of U.S. military or civil service experience in operations planning, technical analysis, or command and control operations
Familiarity with operational planning processes, training, and field exercise planning
Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth understanding of military organization, training, and operations, with the ability to conduct complex studies, analyze problems, and identify mission capability gaps
Experience in Expeditionary Warfare, including one or more of the following areas:
Naval Construction
Navy Expeditionary Logistics
Explosive Ordnance Disposal
Coastal Riverine
Navy Expeditionary Intelligence
Naval Expeditionary Operations
Amphibious Operations
Combat Service Support
Expeditionary Mine Countermeasures (MCM)
Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP)
Familiarity with Navy and Fleet documentation guidelines, including:
Navy Warfare Library (NTTP 1-01)
COMFLTFORCOM Instruction 5401.1 (series)
Fleet CONOPS Writers Guide
U.S. Government Printing Office Style Guide (series)
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Significant writing ability and relevant experience within the NECC Enterprise may offset the educational requirement
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

The Shipboard Applications Analyst provides development and support of custom and third-party marine applications used across Maersk Line, Limited's fleet of vessels. The role is responsible for maintaining, improving, and upgrading MLL's suite of marine applications, as well as addressing and responding to mariner requests and other support issues. The Shipboard Applications Analyst will plan, analyze, and test functional changes in response to an evolving business environment, occupying a central role in all matters relating to MLL's portfolio of marine applications, including implementation of new solutions and enhancements to current solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom software applications
Develop technical and end-user support documentation to increase and improve application functionality/maintainability
Develop and execute application test scripting
Provide technical and functional training as needed
Manage and provide support for assigned software packages
Document technical requirements as needed to respond to and resolve end-user tickets.
Incorporate robust end-user security within MLL marine applications
Plan and execute end-to-end testing, issue troubleshooting/application data analysis and root cause determinations
Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define functional and technical requirements; identify and resolve system issues
Act as liaison between MLL and software vendors
Supports commitment to safety and other selected company standards and certifications

Position Specifications:
Education and Experience:
College degree plus 4 years' related work experience or a minimum of 8 years' related work experience.
Programming and/or scripting skills required
Power BI creation and maintenance proficiency a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency supporting both software applications and underlying technical infrastructure
Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS 2019 or later.
Demonstrated competence with MS Office Applications.
DBA experience, with a background with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase SQL Anywhere a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft SSRS and SSIS.
Familiarity with Microsoft web server IIS, configuration and maintenance.

Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Technical Document Writer in the Resource, Requirements and Combat Development department of the Navy. The position shall assist the command Requirements Manager with technical writing and development and implementation plans, acquisition processes and the POM process in support to full spectrum undersea special operations and activities worldwide in support of Geographic Combatant Commanders and National interests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Requirements Manager and Requirements Officer in technical writing and development with emphasis on broad-scope strategic planning development and implementation plans, acquisition processes and production of Capability Development Documents.
Assist with review of all source material for Unmanned Surface Vessels (USV) and prepare applicable requirements document for staffing within the Navy.
Assist with review of all Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) Family of Systems (FoS) source material and prepare applicable requirements document for staffing within the Navy.
Assist with review of all manned undersea mobility platforms; to include but not limited to, SEAL Delivery Vehicles, Dry Combat Submersibles, and Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Next source material and prepare applicable requirements document for staffing within the Navy.
Provide a monthly status report documenting accomplishments, planned actions for the coming month, and roadblocks or obstacles to achieving assigned actions in the agreed upon timelines.
Required Skills / Education/Certifications:
Possess exceptional work ethic, verbal and written communication skills and be accurate in technical writing duties.
Produce clear and concise reports and correspondence in prescribed formats.
Conduct planning and organization, analysis of accumulated data/information, and considerable coordination and integration of work with other functional activities.

Minimum Required Experience:
10 years' experience conducting research, gathering data, processing, assembling, and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, effectively fusing results with other information, and developing solutions to force optimization-related problems.
10 years' experience using civilian and/or government forecasting and modeling tools and research methods.
Experience working with DOD, USSOCOM, or DON agencies with in-depth understanding of SOF warfighter skill sets, employment methods, and national level tasking.
Experience in JCIDS or SOFCIDS requirements generation processes and POM processes (preferably experienced with the Navy).
