Identify a project's potential risks and difficulties and design strategies to mitigate or avoid them.
Works independently and in coordination with client staff as assigned, to perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, specifically supporting SDR/BDR teams in SaaS environments
Proven track record of improving SDR team efficiency and productivity through operational excellence
Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, Power BI)
Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions
Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $90,000- $109,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
